She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Cuka and Leona Cuka (Oliva); her spouse Cleadues Hovorka; her great grandchild Mallory Vaith; her brother Joe (Alice Cuka); and her in-laws, Lloyd, Mary Hovorka, Alvin, Helen Hovorka, Lester, Connie Hovorka, Herman, Mildred Hovorka, Richard Hovorka, Willard Hovorka, Geneva Delzer, Eleanor, Donald Kiehlbauch, Loreen and Marvin Novak.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Hovorka (Darla) and Joanie Auch (David); her great grandchildren, Amy Eckert (Jack), Peyton, Abbie, Jackie Vaith (Corey), Mirik, Parker, John Hofer, Kaiden, Zoey, Jason Stahlecker, Whitney Foiles (Jake), Aurora, Thomas and Paul Hovorka; her sister Irene Hovorka; and her siblings-in-law, Melvin Delzer and Sharleen Hovorka. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
