He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bailey and Florence Bailey (Strehlow); his son Raymond Bailey; and his siblings, George Bailey and Cora McKinney.
He is survived by: his son-in-law Al Puig; his wife Doris Bailey of Tyndall; his children, John Basim (Luann) of Newman, CA, Kathy Puig (Al) of Mission Viejo, CA and Paul Bailey (Helen) of Norfolk, NE; his grandchildren, Nicholas (Mallory), Shane, Troy Basim, Allen Puig (Kim), Michelle Gibellino (Joey), Mellissa Wilkey (Ben), Trevor, Tyler Bailey and Tori Koopman (Zach); his sisters, Mary Olson and Rose Tomlinson; and his close friend Angie (German). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
