She is survived by: her husband Larry Vellek of Tyndall; her children, Lori Singer (John) of Dakota City, Nebraska and Lloyd Vellek (Natalee) of Washington, D. C.; her siblings, Josephine Pope of Rapid City and Clarence Bartunek (Lillian) of Tabor; and her grandchildren, Danielle (Luis), Michael of Dakota City, Nebraska, Jordan (Drew) of Sioux City and Briana (Beau) of Sioux City, Iowa.
