It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Audrey Ruth Holupka of Tyndall, South Dakota, who passed away on December 5, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John Holupka; her parents, Ed Munkvold and Marie Munkvold; her parents-in-law, John and Katherine Holupka; her siblings, Jerome, Albert, Roland, Roy, Margaret, Alice Evenson, Edith Weisz, Evelyn Johnson and Connie Knodel; and her siblings-in-law, Carl Evenson, Elmer Fischer, Kenneth Kloucek, John Knodel, Floyd Weisz, Norman Johnson, Frank Holupka, Joe Holupka, Willard P. Mammel, Viola Munkvold (Jerome), Irene Holupka (Frank), Alveena Holupka (Joe) and Mary Mammel (Willard).
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Holzwarth (Marlin) of Freeman, SD and Michaeline Forland (Roger) of Rochester, MN; her grandchildren, Matthew Holzwarth of Sioux Falls, SD, Kevin Holzwarth (Ashley) of Freeman, SD, Lindsey Pethan (Joel) of Appleton, WI and Kelly Ann Wilcox of Rochester, MN; her great grandchildren, Paisley, Brantley, Granger Holzwarth and Kyla Marie Wilcox; her siblings, Edward Munkvold (Helen) of Menno, SD, Oliver Munkvold (Jeanette) of Lesterville, SD, Iona Fischer of Sturgis, SD and Joyce Kloucek of Vermillion, SD; and her sisters-in-law, Peggy Munkvold of Lesterville, SD and Donna Munkvold of Lesterville, SD. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
