It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gail Strobl of Twin Brooks, South Dakota, born in Milbank, South Dakota, who passed away on May 5, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Torness and Anne Torness (Skogsberg); her son-in-law Ryon Gross; her grandsons, Ryan Koch and Josh Gross; and her siblings-in-law, Walter and Ida Strobl.
She is survived by: her husband Mike Strobl; her children, Dawn Gross of South Shore, SD, Beth St (Mark), Jeff Strobl of Ramsey, MN, Eric Strobl (Jessica) of Dell Rapids, SD, Michelle Reil (Gary) of Sioux Falls, SD and Laurel Strobl of Sioux Falls, SD; and her brother Gene Torness (Betty). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
