He is survived by: his wife Elaine Kay Brugger of Tulare; his children, Rex Binger (Sherry) of Redfield, Robin Jens (Brett) of Tulare, Patrick Binger (Emily) of Wichita, KS and Tony Binger (Shelly) of Tulare; his brother Lanny Binger (Jan) of Aberdeen, SD; his sister-in-law Barb Binger of Rapid City, SD.; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Tanner, Taylor, Stephanie, Ashley, Clay, Paige, Grayson, Zachary, Madison and Joe; and his great grandchildren, Maci, Millie, Weston, Blair, Goldie, Luella and Soren.
