He is survived by: his wife Shirley Dunnick of Tulare; his children, Scott Rowen (Kathy) of Wolsey, Mike Rowen (Lynne) of College Station, TX and Debra Herdman (Dale) of Wessington; his grandchildren, Jeremie Herdman (Clover), Andrew Herdman (Taylor), Kristi Rowen, Kami Rowen (Tommy Testerman), Kolby Rowen, Matt Rowen and Cole Rowen; his stepgrandchildren, Lindsay Haider (Kevin), Destiny Finn (Shane) and Jacob Price (Amanda); and his siblings, Lyle Rowen (Hazel) of Wessington, Joan Daugherty of Huron, Larry Rowen (Deanne) of Wessington and Barb Lager (Bob) of Miller.
