She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur "Dick" and Helen Jerke (Schmidt); and her pet Sheba. She is survived by: her husband Mike Ehlers of Tripp, SD; her siblings, John Jerke (Melenda) of Mitchell, SD. and Lyla Jerke of Mitchell, SD.; her daughters, Jessica (Liz) and Justina Kinsey of Sioux City, IA.; her grandchildren, Malynda, Alexys, Kalynn and Coltyn; her aunt Hilde Jerke; her niece Amy Doer; and her pet Sadie.
