He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry C. Prien and Elsa Prien (Blume); his siblings, Marie Oberembt, Ella Thompson, Martha Prien, Eda Mengenhausen, Erna Dangel, William, John and Robert; and his granddaughter Teresa Huether.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl, Dick, Karen "Pinky", Yvonne and Henry; his friend Jesus; his wife Rose; and his brother LeRoy Prien (Sherrie) of Nampa. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild and many nieces, nephews and friends.
