She is survived by: her siblings, Chuck and Connie; her children, Jeff Kotalik (Adrianne), Justin Kotalik (Kelly), Jason Kotalik (Valerie), Elizabeth Simek (Chad), Amanda, Mandy, Horner (Josh) and Catrina Kimerer (Willie); and her grandchildren, Alexander Kotalik, William Kotalik, Russell Kotalik, Anthony Kotalik, Ryett Kotalik, Tristan, Madex, Paxtyn, Prestyn Simek and Damien Kimerer. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
