He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Bergjord and Hattie Bergjord (Budahl); his wife Nancy DuBois; his son-in-law Ritchie Oien; his granddaughter Darcy Petersen; his great grandchildren, Cowan Murphy and Presley Nielsen; his siblings, Evenor, Helen and Carol; and his cousin Duane Vik.
He is survived by: his daughters, Nichelle, NaLonni, Nikki Oien of Baltic, SD, Nadine Nielsen (Donald) of Brandt, SD, Shelly Murphy (Tim) of Hendricks, MN and Lonni Potts (David) of Toronto, SD; his sister LeDonna Potter of Marshall, MN; and his brother-in-law Doug DuBois of Tucson, AZ. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 39 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
