It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Karen Marie Huinker (Tea, South Dakota), who passed away on April 20, 2020, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Maxene, Armin Wessels and Frank Lehrman; and her nephew Noah Lehrman Jenness. She is survived by: her parents, Linda Lehrman (Wessels) of Le Mars, IA and James Lehrman; her former husband Matt Schincke; her children, Seth James (Amanda) of Sioux Falls, Shelby Marie of Sioux Falls, Samantha Evelyn of Minot, ND and Shari Lynn of Omaha, NE; her husband Kyle Huinker of Tea, SD; her stepdaughters, Jordan Michaela of Fort Atkinson, IA and Jeslyn Marie of Tea, SD; her sister Michelle Berber (Ramon) of Kansas City, MO; her grandmother Bernice Lehrman of Le Mars, IA; her sister-in-law Tracy Nosbisch (Kirk) of Ionia, IA; her parents-in-law, Tom and Joyce Huinker of Fort Atkinson, IA; and her niece Raelynn Nosbisch. She is also survived by numerous other uncles, aunts, cousins, great friends, and extended family.

In lieu of flowers, the family will be setting up an annual scholarship fund, in Karen's name, for a student in Tea area schools, who has a family member affected by cancer.
