It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harlan Richard Phelps (Tea, South Dakota), born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, who passed away on December 14, 2019, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Phelps and Jeanette Phelps (McKenzie); and his grandchildren, Faralynn and Adrian Phelps. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Phelps; his children, Christina Fridrich (Eric), Clinton Phelps and Katie Phelps; his grandchildren, Tanner Fridrich, Bradan Phelps (Christina), Carson Fridrich, Peyton Fridrich, Piper Fridrich, Theo Childress and Oliver Childress; his great grandchild Phebe Hawse; and his siblings, Mike Phelps (Jill), Ronda Brown (Ron) and Trish Rehm (Mike).
