He is survived by: his son Chuck Johnson (Shelly) of Tea, SD; his stepson Terry Courtney of Tipton, OK; his grandchildren, Erin Chinowth (Bob) of Omaha, NE, Trevor Courtney (Casady) of Edmund, OK and Taylor Roberts (Chase) of Wichita Falls, TX; and his great grandchild Stella Chinowth of Omaha, NE.
