We are sad to announce that on January 20, 2023, at the age of 73, George Blakey of Tea, South Dakota, born in Yankton, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Sr. Blakey and Thelma Jane Blakey (Trudell); his daughter Sara; and his siblings, Mary, Wynona, Doris and LeRoy.

He is survived by: his wife Diann Voll; his children, Rebecca Blakey, Joshua Blakey and Matthew Turner Blakey; and his sisters, Angie Kirschman Yankton (Robert) and Phyllis Thorton. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
