O'Toole Jr.; her sons, Todd O'Toole, Bill O'Toole (Beth) and Jason O'Toole (Kim); her grandchildren, Katie O'Toole, Eilish O'Toole (Josh Forseth), Emelia O'Toole, Tori O'Toole, Caelan O'Toole and Cullen O'Toole; her great grandchildren, Lennon O'Toole and Jonah Forseth; her sister Jeanne Ann Sattler (John) of Chicago, IL; and her nephew Timothy Sattler (Elizabeth) of Chicago, IL. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
