He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Nemec (Kathy) and Marlene Nemec; his siblings, Steven, Marty Adkins and Mary Beth Moser; his nephew Christopher Adkins; and his grandmother McCool.
He is survived by: his former wife Brandy; his children, Joey Jacob Om and London Rae; his friend Joe; and his siblings, Chellee Unruh (John), Dave Adkins (Cindy), Darin Nemec (Kim), Chad Nemec (Yevette) and Derek McCloud (Suzanne).
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to the higher education of his children.
