She is survived by: her husband Joseph G. Ptak; her son Brian (Michelle); her grandchildren, Jessica Hooker (Kyle) of Douglass, KS, Joe Ptak, Amy Stulgies (Greg) of Yankton, SD and Jeff Stulgies of Omaha, NE; and her siblings, Elsie Hatwan, Vi Carda of California and Lee Hroza of Columbus, NE. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
