He was predeceased by: his parents, Ambrose Hovorka and Amelia Hovorka (Blaha); his siblings, Eleanor Kiehlbach, Lloyd, Herman, Cleadues, Lester, Willard, Alvin, Loreen Novak and Geneva Delzer; his siblings-in-law, Mary, Mildred, Connie, Helen, Marvin Novak and Don Kiehlbach; and his granddaughter Kyndra Lambley.
He is survived by: his wife Sharleen Kaiser; his children, Dave Hovorka (Vicki), Roger Hovorka (Audra), Tim Hovorka (Gloriann) and Cindy Settje (Mark); his grandchildren, Jackie Hovorka, Keith Hovorka (Debbie), Kelsey Hovorka (Spencer), Cole Hovorka, Addison Hovorka, Chantelle Walter (Jerry), Travis Hovorka (Samantha), James Cuka (Naomi) and Jessica Kautz (Todd); his great grandchildren, Raelynn, Emeri, Isabella, Maverick, Taylee, Alex, Evan, Westin, Paisley, Devon, Allyssa, Payton and Blake; and his siblings-in-law, Melvin Delzer, Irene Hovorka and Margie Hovorka. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
