She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Souhrada and Mary Souhrada (Kortan); her husband Bernard Mikolash; her brother Alfred Souhrada; her parents-in-law, William and Lillian Mikolash; her siblings-in-law, Norman Mikolash, Leo Rezac, Walter Immers, Orren Prentiss, Gladys Souhrada, Ruth Rezac, Florence Immers and Velma Prentiss; and her nephews, James Immers, Michael Prentiss, Steven Prentiss, Richard Rezac and Dan Bouza.
She is survived by: her daughter Debra Kokes (James); her grandchildren, Jason Kokes (Katie) and Janelle Kriz (Darren); her great grandchildren, Knox Kokes, Hattie Kokes, Briggs Kriz, Nash Kriz and Jax Kriz; and her sister-in-law Eleanor Mikolash. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
