She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Hale and Frances Hale (Walloch); her daughter Diane Fuks (Thomas) of Yankton, SD; and her husband Tom. She is survived by: her sons, David Kloucek (Carol) of Tabor, SD, James Kloucek of Tabor, SD and Jerome Kloucek of Sioux Falls, SD. She is also survived by six grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and one great, great granddaughter.
