Harold O. Binde Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 30, 2023, at the age of 91, Harold O. Binde of Summit, South Dakota, born in Waubay, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Helge A. Binde and Manda O. Binde (Strom); and his siblings, Irene, Arlene, Melvin, Omar and Irvin.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Steinocker of Summit, SD; his children, Valorie Moen (Merton Moe) of Waubay, SD, Laurie Knutson (Raleigh) of Mina, SD and Brad Binde (Kristin) of Yankton, SD; and his brothers, Clarence Binde (Sue) of Hayti, SD and Elmer Binde (Doris) of Onalaska, WI.. He is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be given to Hope Lutheran Church, Summit, SD.
