It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Kornmeyer (Sturgis, South Dakota), born in Luray, Kansas, who passed away on September 7, 2019, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy O. Kornmeyer and Ida Mae Kornmeyer (Case); his wife Esther Bender; his children, Roy Kornmeyer (Ada) of Port Ludlow, WA, Dave Kornmeyer (Charlene) of Black Hawk, SD and Elizabeth Kinsey of Phoenix; and his grandchildren, Kymberly, Hillary, Tony, Scott and Laurel. He was also cherished by seven great-grandchildren.
