It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ramon Joseph Grubl of Sturgis, South Dakota, born in Deadwood, South Dakota, who passed away on May 7, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Grubl and Bertha Grubl (Keffeler); his wife Belva Grubl; and his grandson Tyler Goss. He is survived by: his siblings, Donald Grubl (Opal) of Sturgis, SD, Delores Palmer of Lincoln, CA and Robert (Phylliss); and his granddaughters, Sarah Gubbles (Lucas) of Winside, NE, Veronica Grubl of Sturgis, SD, Katy Hagman (Steve) of Clarksville, TN, Mary Grubl (James Teeslink) of Sturgis, SD and Samantha Bestgen of Rapid City, SD. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials have been established to St. Martin's Chapel, Sturgis or St. Aloysius Catholic Cemetery.
