He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Tom Callahan, Jon Callahan and Amy Juhala; his stepchildren, Lori Karley (Fyock) and Jason Fyock; and his sister Susan Potts. He is also survived by six grandchildren, three step grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
