He was predeceased by: his parents, Botholf "Tophy" Ness and Hilda Ness (Behrns); and his brothers, Marvin and Rodney Ness. He is survived by: his former spouse Baunita Jandreau; his wife Guyla Edwards; his children, Katie, Larry Ness and Bart Ness (Tonya); his grandchild Layne Larson (Ryan); his children, Trig, Reese, Elliot Gourneau (Caitlin), Ivy, Maycee Ness, Brody Ness, Kalder Ness, Dara Ness and Bridgir Ness; his siblings, Bernard Ness, Judy Knuppe (Carl) and Bonnie Hackens (Donnie); his sister-in-law Patricia Henderson (Craig); and his father-in-law Guy Edwards, Jr.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
