He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Jackley and Helen Jackley (Kingsbury). He is survived by: his wife JoAnn (Mastel) of Rapid City, SD; his children, Marty and Jocelyn Hafner (Jason); and his grandchildren, Michael, Isabella, Jacob and Emma.
A memorial has been established to the Ft. Meade Museum and the St. Francis of Assisi Knights of Columbus, Sturgis.
