It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melissa Ann Green of Sturgis, South Dakota, born in Dumfries, Virginia, who passed away on July 31, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlene Jenkins (Blum) and Charles Peacher; and her grandparents, Annie Thorn (Hoy) and Abraham Blum. She is survived by: her husband Douglas L. Green; her daughter Callie; her son-in-law Adam Michalsky; her grandchildren, Ayla Michalsky and Beau Michalsky; her stepfather Jack Jenkins; and her siblings, Donna Elliott, Deborah Lee, Tim Peacher, Mike Peacher and Chuck Jenkins. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
