She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Blair and Elizabeth Blair (Johnson); her siblings, Evelyn Brown and George Blair; and her son James.
She is survived by: her husband Don Tech; her children, Anita Marler (Dan), Judy Tech (Roger Bohnhoff), Bob Tech (Deb) and Dale Tech (Shelley); her grandchildren, Amy Berke (Steve), Julie Kallenberger (Bryan), Grayson Tech and Alex Licht; and her great grandchild Caleb Marler (Bailey). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.
