He was predeceased by: his parents, Sven Tammi and Lillian Tammi; his wife Irene; his daughter Norma Jean; his grandson James; and his siblings, Howard, Clarence, Melvin, Irene and Lillian.

He is survived by: his children, Diana, Doris, David and Daniel.
