With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lawrence Wayne Baker of Sturgis, South Dakota, who passed away on December 1, 2022 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold and Edna; his sister Debbie; his parents-in-law, Katherine Herbst-Kelley and Al Herbst; his granddaughter Amanda Baker; his brothers-in-law, Raymond Smith, Joel Herbst and Leroy; and his pet Larry.
He is survived by: his wife Maureen Grebner-Herbst; and his children, Daniel Baker (Shanda), Denise Ryckman (Rex), Cindy Spelbring (John) and Neil Baker (Christine). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Memorial has been established to the American Cancer Society.
