Lavina Goddard Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lavina Goddard (Sturgis, South Dakota), who passed away on June 12, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Marshall Goddard; her parents, Wesley Lushbough and Evelyn Lushbough; her brother Ralph Lushbough; her father-in-law Forrest Goddard; and her grandson David Marshall Derschan.

She is survived by: her children, Todd Goddard (Janelle) of Prairie City, SD and Tammy Derschan; her sister Lavera (Ken); her mother-in-law Anna Goddard of Sturgis, SD; her grandchildren, Ashleigh Nash (Steven) of Prairie City, SD, Roy Goddard (Shannon Bailey), Chandler Derschan (Joseph Loux) and Broox Derschan (Kassidi Goldsmith); and her great grandchildren, Quinleigh and Lloyd Nash.

A memorial has been established to the Sorum/Reva Fire Department.
