Jim D. Jensen Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jim D. Jensen (Sturgis, South Dakota), born in Belle Fourche, South Dakota, who passed away on October 21, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Jensen and Mary Jensen (Shultz); and his siblings, Vivian Wright, Robert Johnson and Ralph Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Friedel; his uncle Ken Brenneise; his children, Chenoa Jensen (Kris) of Rapid City, SD, Dyani Waldrop (Jim) of Rapid City, SD and Elliot (Trina); and his siblings, Kathy Ogle (Richard), Jerry Ann Hagen, Larry (Roxy) and Pat. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials will be blessings for Samaritan's Purse's Operation Christmas Child, a ministry that Jim faithfully partnered with annually and the purchase of an ice machine for staff / residents at Rolling Hills HealthCare Center.
