She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward "Platt" Witcher and Helen Witcher Roth; her stepfather Elmer Roth; her brother-in-law Joe Kokesh; her son-in-law Vic Zepeda; her grandsons, Trent Coe and Byron Crown; and her great grandchildren, Robert and Ella Brunson.
She is survived by: her husband Vernon Coe; her children, Jody Pekas, Kim Coe (Patti) and Ken Coe (Melissa); and her sister Joan Kokesh. She is also survived by her 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
