He is survived by: his brother Norman (Jean); his sister-in-law Shirley Sulzbach; his son-in-law David Miller (Jacque); his children, Sandra Cook (Mark Cook), Gary Sulzbach (Terry Seybold Sulzbach) and Michelle Sulzbach (Aaron Frank); his grandchildren, Rachael Sulzbach Dooley (Jason Todd), Chris Sulzbach (Marki Snyder Sulzbach), Tabitha Miller, Christopher Stricker, Heather Sulzbach Hendy (Daniel Hendy Jr) and Teresa Miller Kellemeyer (Jed); and his great grandchildren, Chloe, Lily, Eli Sulzbach, Kamryn, Zachary, Skyler and Shiloh Hendy.
