We are sad to announce that on March 16, 2021, at the age of 86, Effie Carney of Sturgis, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Anita Olesen; her grandson Travis Olesen; and her sister Florence Swesey. She is survived by: her husband Mike Carney; her children, Renae Olesen, Tom Olesen and Todd Carney; and her siblings, Gene Secrest and Punky Barden. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
