She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter F. Wenzel and Kate Belle Wenzel (Field); her husband Russell E. French; her siblings, Henry, William (Bill), Walter L. (Bud), Kathryn (Kay) and Nora E.; her daughter Marlys Grace; her great great grandchild Wilder; her daughter-in-law Susan French; and her grandson-in-law Vance Blacksmith.
She is survived by: her children, Joe Russell (Patricia) of Lemmon, SD, Ned Victor of Winnemucca, NV and Lea Kathryn Nighswonger (Clem) of Wasilla, AK. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations made be made to the Children's Miracle Network, to be used locally in Rapid City and Sioux Falls, SD.
