He was predeceased by: his father Orville Hanzlik; and his stepfather Ray Murray. He is survived by: his mother Mary Hanzlik; and his siblings, Penny Hanzlik of Sturgis, SD, Wanda Blair (Ed) of Vale, SD, John Hanzlik of Piedmont, SD, Boyd Hanzlik (Kim) of Pueblo, CO and Sam Hanzlik (Shirley) of Gillette, WY.. He is also survived by four nieces and three nephews and many cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established to Meade County 4-H.
