He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Steen; his brother Bob Kenoyer; and his sister-in-law Pat Kenoyer. He is survived by: his daughter Deborah Kjerstad (Darrel); his grandchildren, Lauren and Nolan; his sons, Rodney Kenoyer and Douglas Kenoyer (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Jensen, Samuel and Dawson; his brothers, Don Kenoyer and Steve Kenoyer (Ann); and his sister-in-law Ila Kenoyer.
After Shirley's passing, Cliff spent the final 8 months of his life at Good Samaritan Home in New Underwood as he succumbed to the effects of Parkinson's.
