He is survived by: his daughters, Nicki and Carrie; his grandchildren, Desirae and Kasches; his great grandchildren, Jemma and Jasper; his siblings, Duane, Neil, Vernon, Gale Cizadlo (Richard) and Linda Lundquist (Bill); his sister-in-law Shirley Schafer; and his pet Tripp. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
