He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Ransom and Kathryn Ransom (Hinders); and his siblings-in-law, Clayton Van Hunnick, Ron Cronin and Joann Ransom.
He is survived by: his wife Millie; and his siblings, George Ransom, Ray Ransom (Delores), Earl Ransom (Linda), Tom Ransom (LeAnn), Emily Van Hunnick, Mary Cronin, Kathy Goodell (Steve) and Ruth Krie (Larry). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
