It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Lee Minten of Springfield, South Dakota, who passed away on January 25, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Ronald Lee may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Springfield Community Center (605 8th St, Springfield, SD 57062). A prayer was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 5:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church - Alton (610 E 10th St, Alton, IA 51003). Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
