She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Pudwill (Plaatje) and Jacob Pudwill; her son James; her siblings, Opal, Bernita, Arnold, Vernon, Lyman, Sylvia and Lornie; and her son-in-law Larry Lutz.
She is survived by: her children, Judith Ann, Judy Lutz, Robert Hornstra (Laurie) and Dale Hornstra (Diane); her grandchildren, Craig Lutz, Kristin Miller, Perry Lutz, Megan Hornstra, Emily Hornstra and Brandon Termes; and her stepgrandchildren, Stacy Dryak and Curtis Merkel. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
