She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Tjeerdsma and Annie Tjeerdsma (Odens); her spouse Sidney James Bierema; and her brother Oscar Tjeerdsma. She is survived by: her children, Allen (Jeryln) of Tyndall, Charlene of Springfield, Harvey (Brenda) of White River, Myron (Kim) of Springfield, Aletha Whitethorn (Hal) of Madison, Ivan (Cindy) of St. Onge, Vera Hall (Joe) of Wagner, Miriam Leibel (Bill) of Tyndall, Arlis Kafka (Dan) of Wagner, Amy Thum (Randy) of Scotland and Theran of Sioux Falls; and her siblings, Gerald Tjeerdsma (Betty) of Springfield and Bernice Tolsma (Elmer) of Avon. She is also survived by 30 grandchildren and 46 great grandchildren.
