He was predeceased by: his son Dean Allen; his parents, Mabel Allen (Wibben) and Wallace Allen of Spencer; and his brother Wallace E. Allen of Spencer. He is survived by: his daughter Rachael Garrison; his grandchildren, Madison and Brayden Booth; his sister Janice Bennett (Dennis) of Spencer; his sister-in-law Cathy Allen of Spencer; and his friend Linda Morehead of Mitchell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
