He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Howe and Etta Conklin Howe; his siblings, Patrick, Daniel, David and Reina Diaz; and his stepson Steve Schultz.
He is survived by: his former wife Judy Keegan; his wife Barb Strong Schultz; his former wife Mary Wood Barreno; his stepchildren, Allen Schultz (Tammy), Toni Kinney (Dean) and Pilar Bruch (Mark); his siblings, Bob (Joan), Helen Lindquist, Leona Schroeder and Earla Karels (Gordie); and his former wives, Judy Wilson of Fredericksburg, TX and Mary Fossen. He is also survived by five sons and a daughter.
