He is survived by: his wife Marian Phelps of Spearfish, SD.; his children, Susan Sutton (EG) of Anchorage, AK, Tami Phelps (Kerry) of Anchorage, AK, Jay Phelps (Kathy) of Hot Springs, SD, John Phelps (Barbara) of Anchorage, AK and Jim Phelps (Heather) of Sherwood, OR.; his grandchildren, Michael Wise (Sara), Amy Wise, Adrianna, Jade Phelps, Zane and Jack Phelps; his great grandchildren, Derrik Wise (Kenzi), Hannah, Tanner and Carter Wise; his stepchildren, Loni Johnson (Paul), Perry Rockvam (Lynnette), Brett Rockvam (Tammy) and Jan Pulkrabek (Merritt); his stepgrandchildren, Michael Johnson, Mark Johnson (Jenn), Laura Johnson, Josh Rockvam, Katie Gray (Todd), Lindsay Kirkbride (Taylor), Matthew Pulkrabek, Abram Pulkrabek (Julia) and Eli Pulkrabek (Kaitlyn); and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Adoniram, Annabelle Johnson, Myles, Mason Kirkbride and Alayna Pulkrabek.
