She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Norman Nelson and Mary Nelson; her sister Vickie; her sons, Wade Verke (Shona) and Montana; her grandchildren, Mackinzie Flugget (Logan) and Blakcly Nelson (Joel); her son Nolan Verke; her grandchildren, Danial Varner, Ethan, Erika and Bozeman; and also, Alice Anderson (Jim) and Linda Johnson (Roy).
