He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Yanzick and Elora Yanzick (Floyd); his wife Pat; his children, Carol Ann Anderson, Rita Kay Cole and Michael; and his brothers, Lyle, Eldon, Alvin, Phil and Bruce.

He is survived by: his siblings, Joe, Tim and Patty Jean Havlovick. He is also survived by six grandsons, one granddaughter, six great-grandchildren.
