He was predeceased by: his parents, Sigrid Christofferson and Abel Christofferson; his sons, Steven Paul and Robert Kevin; his former wife Carol (Borud); his sister Betty Aaberg; his sister-in-law Joanne (Christofferson); his brothers, Richard and Martin; his nephews, Josh Evans and Michael McCann; and his half-siblings, Ilene, Harry and Norman.
He is survived by: his stepson Dr. Michael "Mick" Pattinson (Stacy); his wife Alice Pattinson-Christofferson (Larive); his daughters, Jane Christofferson and Debra Christofferson; his daughters-in-law, Kristi Christofferson and Aleen Ford; his sister Darlene Evans; his sister-in-law Helen Christofferson; his brothers, Jerry and Larry Christofferson (Jolayn); his half-brothers, Donald (Judy), Keith, David and Allan; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Laughlin (Kyle), Carson Christofferson and Katie Nelson (Jason); his stepgrandchildren, Piper Gribble (Jade), Gwen Howell, Lucas Howell, Sara Jentz (Tom), Joel Pattinson and William Ebeling; and his great grandchildren, Emerson Laughlin, Grace Laughlin, Rhys Nelson and Alucard Nelson. He is also survived by nine step-greatgrandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established to benefit Monument Health Hospice of the Northern Hills.
